When he worked for the above companies, I was also employed by them. What I can say is he ripped off both companies, lies after lies. He never once in the 2 years there done a full shift. He also falsified documents so when Sibelco bought the site off Viridor. It appeared they had no spare motors for the plant. (They did).
Cailein got his friend to take these motors away, and bring them back with more fake receipts. Him making £30,000 off Sibelco.
Cailein Duff doesn’t pay his staff
Thats’s correct, as a previous friend who bent over backwards to help Cailein out with his new contract. Working nightshifts myself, terrible equipment to use. Also done 5 days standby which I didn’t charge for as he was meant to be a “friend”.
Well, every week I called Cailein regarding my money for the jobs I done. Kept being told next week then next week again. Always an excuse. First, the bank has issues, then promised every week after calling but nothing ever received.
Also, at one point said he got custody of his children and he’s been really busy, again, another lie which, confirmed by his ex-wife. How sick of an individual using his children?

Never again. I shared a post on Facebook and then got messaged by many other people who knew him and worked with him. It seems to be a trait that he does. Rips off everyone who’s every tried to help him or work for him.

You hear many stories about how he lost his jobs or more likely how he left. The truth is, The Navy, Norit, Sibelco, SunAmp etc Duff lost his job due behaviour, fighting with staff, managers and engineers. The true reason in every departure for Cailein throughout the years.

Firstly no, Sherson Solutions is basically ran by Cailein using his new partners name as he isn’t able to have his own company. So if you hear about Sherson Solutions Ltd you know its Cailein using that company under Antonia’s name. You’ll have the exact same problems as everyone else has had if you try this company.
