What Shipping Methods Are Available?

AutographSale offers FREE Worldwide Postage for autographs and memorabilia.

UK Shipping will be 1st Class Recorded, to ensure your items are delivered safely and securely.
International Shipping will be sent Tracked and Signed.

We may also keep you updated on tracking and delivery once your package has been sent!

If you would like insurance or another method please contact us before ordering.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All items are processed, packaged, and shipping in the fastest possible way, so that your items are delivered as soon as possible.

AutographSale uses Royal Mail to ship all items, which is aimed at Next Working Day delivery.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes!
Just let us know where you would like your item delivered during checkout, and we will ship your packaged with tracking and signing recorded delivery instructions, anywhere in the world.

Do you offer Shipping Insurance?

We use RoyalMail to send our packages, which by default, does not come with insurance, however…

Our autographs and memorabilia vary in price, and knowing how much you may treasure your new purchase, we also want to make sure it arrives safe and sound. So if you would like that extra security for delivery, let us know before purchase and we will help you through the insurance shipping process.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

AutographSale current accepts: Direct Debit, Bank Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal to pay for your autographs or memorabilia.

Is Buying Memorabilia and Autographs On-Line Safe?

Absolutely! Your browsing and purchasing through AutographSale.net is protected by a valid SSL certifcate. 

We have a secure online ordering system that; allows you to buy one or more signed memorabilia 24 hours a day. Seven days a week. To keep our overheads low, we don’t have a retail store. However, you can view full details of each autograph, including detailed photographs, in each product’s description. Terms of service.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Simply browser our products and select one of the purchasing options, typically “Buy Now”. You will then be asked to Checkout your purchase, fill in your customer information, and supply your payment details.

Once you have purchased your item, AutographSale will then send you a copy of your payment confirmation via email.

Do I need an account to place an order?

If you wish to purchase memorabilia or autographs online, you will need to register an account at AutographSale.net so that we may collect your payment and delivery information. 

You may also contact us to make payment by cheque also.

Who should I to contact if I have any queries?

Delivery, payment processing, or even enquiring about rare signatures… whatever the reason, you can visit our Contact page, or email AutographSale to enquire further.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

All purchases are handled personally, with care. That means that if you wish to cancel or amend any changes to your purchase, simply contact us and we will help you further.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once purchased, you will receive tracking and shipment information.
We use RoyalMail to send our autographs and memorabilia. A tracking feature is available on their website.

How Can I Return a Product?

All our items come with Lifetime Money Back Guarantee on Authenticity. If for instance an item did get returned for authenticity reasons, a full refund on the item cost will be offered. Items in question we require authenticity from two UACC Registered Dealer’s opinions before items will be accepted.
